This is an agreement between e-realty, LLC., hereafter referred to as the Company, and the entity or person posting ads or information to this website, hereafter referred to as You. You represent to the Company that You are the owner, or the owner's designated representative of any tangible property, real or otherwise, to be advertised on this Website, or are the owner, or owner's designated representative of any business, or business entity, about or for which an an advertisement is placed. You also represent that you obtained such property in accordance with local, state and federal laws. The Company has no duty or obligation whatsoever to investigate whether the aforementioned ownership is in fact, and may rely solely on Your representation.
The company agrees to post your information or advertisement within two business days after receipt of proper payment.
All services provided on an "until it sells" basis, are subject to periodic verification that the advertised item or property is still in fact for sale.
The Company will post your advertisement, exactly as it was submitted through the submission process, whether on-line, by mail, or telephone. It is Your responsibility to verify the information posted publicly, is in fact accurate and complete, within 24 hours of said posting. In the event an error or omission is found, contact e-realty promptly to ensure correction or removal of said advertisement. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability, for errors or omissions in advertisements or information if You have not verified such advertisement or information as above.
You also represent that You have supplied the Company complete and accurate contact and/or billing information, about You, or person or entity You are representing. You further agree, to update any such contact or billing information, should it change. The Company uses such information to verify the advertised services or property are still available for purchase or use, and reserves the right to remove any information or advertisement at any time, without regard or consideration to any other terms contained herein, where such information or advertisement cannot be verified for sale or use, as available, by way of contacting You, by means of Your most recently provided contact information.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse posting any advertisement or information, for any reason, including but not limited to, pornographic, offensive, or objectionable subject matter, perceived fraudulent activity, or items or activity deemed to be in violation of local, state or federal law. In such cases where an ad has been refused initial posting by the Company, and the Company has received payment, such payment will be immediately returned to You, by use of Your most recent contact and/or billing information.
The Company assumes no responsibility for any acts of any person or entity acting upon information posted upon the Website, including but not limited to stolen property, and abuse of the telephone or e-mail system. The Company further is not responsible for any unauthorized access to Your computer as a result of e-mail addresses posted on this website, including but not limited to hackers, spyware, viruses, worms, or SPAM. You further agree that you are at least 18 years of age and are able to enter into a contract in the State of Minnesota.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Company and You.
